For the privacy of our youth, the exact schedule and details of events are not shared publicly online but instead are located within our BAND group. Below is a general overview of when and where we meet.
Our pack and den meetings are both held on Wednesdays. We usually have 1 pack meeting a month and 1-3 den meetings a month. Pack meetings are about an hour and a half (90 minutes), and den meetings are typically an hour long (60 minutes). Once a month, we also have a committee meeting; these meetings are open to all adults in the pack to give their input.
Our unit's home is at the Leander VFW, but during the fall we will meet at an alternative location due to Pumpkin Fest. During the spring we will return to the Leander VFW.
Note: In the spring, the Webelos dens (4th grade) and Arrow of Light patrols (5th grade) may begin meeting at Jumano Park in Block House Creek as they prepare to cross over to a troop. Your den leaders will keep you updated.
A typical monthly schedule might look like:
1st Wednesday: Pack Meeting (6-7:30 PM)
2nd Wednesday: Den Meetings (6-7 PM)
3rd Wednesday: Den Meetings (6-7 PM)
4th Wednesday: Committee Meeting (7-8 PM, typically virtual)
1-3 service/volunteer opportunities, optional

For the privacy of our youth, the exact schedule and details of events are not shared publicly online but instead are located within our BAND group. Below is a general overview of our extra (non-meeting) activities.
We have a fall and spring family campout, both typically held at Capitol Area Council properties, though we have also been to state parks such as Inks Lake.
In the summer, we usually do a "destination" family campout at places such as the San Antonio Zoo and the Houston Space Center.
We occasionally have extra events, such as Pinewood Derby and Rank Advancement, on the weekends. We also like to participate in community events such as the Old Town Leander Christmas Festival parade.
We regularly participate in local service projects with the Leander VFW, City of Cedar Park, the City of Leander, local organizations and schools, and the Capitol Area Council.
We also encourage Cub Scouts and their families to attend some of the wonderful events that the North Shore District and Capitol Area Council put on, as well as local parks and recreation departments. While we try to add those to our BAND calendar, you can see their calendars here:
